| Welcome Parents to the 2008/2009 Band Year Are you ready for another great year at Bartlett High!! We have a wonderful half-time show planned, our Chicago State Street Thanksgiving Day Parade which all the High Schools from U-46 will be joining us, various concerts and our Annual Fill the House Fundraiser which will be held in November this year. Every parent of a band student is part of the Band Parent Organization. Without the help of parent volunteers, it would be very hard for Mr. Loucas to do as many things for our students as he does. Our executive committee for the upcoming year is as follows: Denise Wilgenbusch-President Deb Hanahan-Vice President Mary Bergner-Secretary NEED HELP!!!-Treasurer Please feel free to check out our website for information. Our website address is www.bartlettbands.com. We are looking for someone to take over the maintenance of this site! We use the site to help parents find out what is going on. While we send home flyers and make phone calls, we know it is easier to have this information handy and on-line. We would like to add all Band Students email addresses so we can send out mass emails about important information. So if this is something you could give us a couple hours every few weeks, WE NEED YOU!! Again, welcome and we look forward to another wonderful year! Uniform Fitting: Written by AdministratoronThursday 31 July 2008 - 21:26:26 | Comments are turned off for this item |   Returning Students: Thursday, August 14th from 5:30-8:30pm Freshman/New Students: Friday, August 15th from 5:30-8:30pm Come in anytime during those hours to be fit for your uniform this season. Freshman parents will need to bring $27 for band shoes and $10 for Band Polo shirt if haven't purchased already. Band Picnic will be held Saturday, August 23rd following Band Camp. See flyer coming home during Band Camp. Welcome to the Marching Hawks Family! CAR WASH 1st Opportunity to earn some money for upcoming trips! BHS BAND CAR WASH Saturday, August 16th 10am-3pm Mobile Gas Station at the corner of Stearns & 59! We NEED parent helpers as well! |
