4th of July Parade

Calling All BHS Band Students
Practice for the 4th of July Parade will be Saturday, July 5th from 10am-12pm at BHS Bandroom.
All students are asked to bring a case of water for the parade on Sunday.

Attire for the parade will be green collared shirts, khaki shorts, tennis shoes. No flip-flops. Shirts will be available for purchase on Saturday for $10. All BHS Band students are required to have these for Marching Hawk performances in the fall.

Parade is Sunday, July 6th. Details on where to line up and what time will be available at practice.
If you have any questions, feel free to call Denise at 630-540-2124.

Eastview Band Students who will be joining the Marching Hawks are required to be at practice and bring a case of water. Attire for parade is your Eastview shirt, khaki shorts and tennis shoes.

The Varsity Band will be performing at the 2008 Graduation Ceremony at the Sears Centre on Saturday, May 24th. All Varsity Band members need to be at BHS by 5:30pm. We should return somewhere between 10:30-11:30pm. If you have any questions, ask your student or call Mr. Loucas at 630-372-4700, ext. 4603.

We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Lisa, Tierra & Pam on the passing of their husband and step-father. Jim was instrumental in helping the girls make this site a reality. It was through his efforts that we are able to get information out to all Band Families as well as share pictures and stories in a timely fashion. The Band Family has lost a truly amazing man and we are forever in his debt for the legacy of this site.

Join us for our Dessert Potluck as we celebrate the accomplishments of all our Band students. Please bring a dessert to share. Utensils & drinks provided. We could use some help with setup and clean-up. Sign-up sheets will be available at the Band Parent Meeting on May 5th.

The BHS Marching Hawks will be pulling into the parking lot at 10:00pm. The students will NOT be released to leave until the uniforms are put away, instruments are unloaded and the buses are cleaned out. Please help us with this process. DO NOT PARK CLOSE DOOR! LEAVE ROOM FOR BUSES TO PARK.

Also, anyone who has pictures from the Disney Trip, please contact Denise at 630-540-2124 to make arrangements to get them on the website.
